How the Program Runs:
The 21st Century Kids of Northern F.R.A.N.K.L.I.N. is providing an in-person after-school program opportunity to K-8 students who attend Strong, Phillips, and Kingfield Elementary Schools.
It is imperative that students are able to adhere to the COVID-19 prevention guidelines we, along with MSAD 58, are putting in place that make this program possible.
Students who are not able to adhere to the guidelines are subject to dismissal from the program by the Program Coordinator.
The program will run from September 27th until a date to be determined in June.
The program will run Monday through Thursday from 2:30-5:30.
Please list below 3 adults that you would like to be able to pick your child up and/or sign your child out from the program. Adults may be required to stay in their vehicles for drop off and pick up. Staff will chaperone students to and from their vehicle.
Anyone who is picking up your child must provide a picture ID.
Please indicate the days of the week that your child will attend the program this year.
If your child does not attend the program for two consecutive weeks on the days indicated on their application, they may be removed from the program so that another student from the waitlist can take their program slot. Students removed from the program may be placed on the waitlist.
