How the Program Runs:
The 21st Century Kids of Southern F.R.A.N.K.L.I.N. provides an in-person after-school program opportunity to K-8 students who attend Spruce Mountain Primary, Spruce Mountain Elementary and Spruce Mountain Middle Schools.
The program will run September 27th until June 9th.
Program Hours by School:
SMPS, SMES & SMMS run Monday-Thursday 2:15-4:15pm
Students are offered Tutoring, Homework Help, and engaging Enrichment Activities.
Parents will receive an “application received” confirmation email within 2 business days of submission.
Transportation will be provided after the program to pre-designated stops identified by the school district.
The 21st Century Kids of Southern F.R.A.N.K.L.I.N. will be running a 6 week, 4-day per week in-person summer program beginning late June 2022. Details and a separate summer program application will be released prior to that program.
Sign up for the Late Bus for students who wish to participate in the Spruce Mountain Afterschool Program. You must fill out the information and designate the drop off point your child will be using. Please indicate the stop your child will be using and sign below. The Late Bus will run Monday through Thursday on days there is Spruce Mountain Afterschool Programming scheduled. If the bus run is cancelled due to weather, or unforeseen circumstances there will be an announcement made to the students and to parents/caregivers.
Additional Bussing Information:
Bus loading times and drop off times will be shared with parents/caregivers requesting bus transportation prior to the start of the after school program.
If any stop is requested that is not on the designated Bus Routes/Stops List, please contact Jim Shink, RSU 73 Transportation Director, at his office phone: (207) 897-2405. The 21st Century Staff is not authorized to approve stops that deviate from the provided bus routes/stops list. Only the transportation department may grant approvals.

Please list below 3 adults that you would like to be able to pick your child up and/or sign your child out from the program. Adults may be required to stay in their vehicles for drop off and pick up. Staff will chaperone students to and from their vehicle.
Anyone who is picking up your child must provide a picture ID.
Please indicate the days of the week that your child will be attending the after school program.
